1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3 pm
- Check-out: by 11 am
- Different times may be possible by prior arrangement and may have an additional cost.
- A valid ID document must be shown at check-in.
- Before arrival, the online guest registration must be completed with the details of everyone staying at the property. The link is sent by email or message and is also available at casaentrevales.portugalexplorer.pt/registo-hospedes. This registration is required by Portuguese law.
- Keys are collected at our office at Rua da Ferreirinha, 75, 5050-261 Peso da Régua, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact +351 916 491 160 in advance to arrange key collection.
- On check-out, keys must be returned to the same office. At weekends or outside office hours, please leave them in the office mailbox.
2. Occupancy
- The property may only be used by the guests registered in the booking.
- Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.
- The property is for temporary residential use only.
3. Conduct and Noise
- Quiet hours must be respected from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Parties or any activity that disturbs the neighbours or the peace of the area are not allowed.
- Any harmful or illegal behaviour may lead to the immediate end of the stay, without refund.
4. Safety
- Outdoor areas are covered by closed-circuit CCTV.
- There are no cameras in private areas (bedrooms, bathrooms).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Please keep doors and windows closed whenever you leave the property.
5. Damage
- Any damage to equipment, furniture or property will be charged to the guest.
- Please use all equipment and utensils responsibly.
6. Cleaning
- Please keep the property clean during your stay.
- Rubbish must be placed in the designated bins.
- Extra cleaning during the stay may have an additional cost.
7. Pets
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by their pet.
8. Equipment
- Please use all equipment safely and correctly.
- Any fault must be reported immediately to info@casaentrevales.portugalexplorer.pt or +351 916 491 160.
- Removing items from the property is not allowed.
9. Internet and Wi-Fi
- Internet access is free and for legal use only.
- Accessing illegal or harmful content through the property’s network is not allowed.
10. Complaints Book
- Casa entre Vales has an electronic Complaints Book, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
11. Final Provisions
- Failure to comply with these House Rules may lead to the immediate end of the stay, without refund.
- These rules comply with Decree-Law no. 128/2014 (Local Accommodation) and other applicable legislation. In case of doubt, the Portuguese version prevails.
